or skill in any of the allowed mediums, such as videos, photos, prints,
recordings and the like. Employers, on the other hand, shall be allowed to provide
their company profile, products or services through the aforementioned mediums
and to post their available job openings. The above information and samples shall
be protected and kept confidential pursuant to our Privacy Policy. By providing
the said information and samples, we are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free,
worldwide and fully sub-licensable license to reproduce, download or upload, use,
modify, publish, translate, transmit and/or distribute the said information and
samples in connection with the Services we provide. You may revoke this license
and terminate our rights under the same by removing your personal or company information
and/or samples from your account.

not limited to its layout, graphics, designs, information, documents, logos,
graphics, sounds and images (“Materials”) are owned or licensed by Done

third-party owners, licensors, authors, developers or vendors. Except as may be

integrity, safety and security of outsight; however, we do not make an absolute

and Conditions, including but not limited to User Content that is unlawful,
discriminatory, violent, threatening, fraudulent, harmful, dangerous, abusive,
offensive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane,
indecent or exploitative;

To not use our
Site in any way that can damage, disable or impair our Site or our Services;
violate the privacy and security of other users; or interfere with any user’s

To not
