Your Experience Counts!

  • •  MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
  • •  Native Japanese or N1 Certification required.
  • •  Industry expertise in Automotive, particularly in functions such as Sales, Aftersales, Dealerships, Production and Logistics, Warranty, Spare Parts, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • •  8-12 years of progressive work experience in Consulting firms/OEMs in the Automotive domain.
  • •  Prior project or work experience in CRM/Digital/Sales/Marketing.
  • •  Good knowledge of Automotive sales/marketing/aftersales.
  • •  Experience in designing, optimizing, and implementing business processes.
  • •  Program Management skills for effectively planning, managing, and coordinating multiple projects.
  • •  Hands-on experience with web content management, marketing analytics tools, etc.
  • •  Ability to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis.
  • •  Active role in identifying opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks.
  • •  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The GN Automotive Practice specializes in Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, Platform Transformation, and more. We're dedicated to infusing fresh thinking into systems and turning new ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1.  Utilize extensive industry knowledge to deliver sustainable solutions.
  • 2.  Collaborate with stakeholders to provide in-depth data analysis and effectively communicate insights.
  • 3.  Manage project coordination (PMO) and ensure successful project completion within budget.
  • 4.  Handle Digital Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Request for Quote (RFQs) end-to-end.
  • 5.  Drive thought leadership initiatives and handle client visits, partner/analyst relationships, etc.
  • 6.  Conduct research and collect data on industry, market, companies, and competitors.
  • 7.  Produce high-quality Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, Point of Views (POV), and client presentations.
