• Language Skills: Strong bilingual proficiency in Japanese, with the ability to hold business conversations and generate deliverables in Japanese.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS (e-business suite) design and implementation.
• Finance Knowledge: Understanding of finance business processes, ERP reporting capabilities, and SAP and allied systems' reporting and customization capabilities.
• System Integration: Deep knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system integration projects, particularly SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules/applications.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams independently on business development and project delivery, whether onshore or offshore.

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead project delivery, manage client conversations, and oversee stakeholder management internally and externally.
• Team Management: Direct and guide experienced resources, ensuring project executions align with planned timelines.
• Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints.
• Client Coordination: Coordinate effectively with client organizations to maintain and enhance relationships.
• EPM Application Design: Lead the design of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, assessing project requirements to identify optimal solutions for clients.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for business development both within and outside the firm, leveraging personal networks.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and drive client conversations and presentations to explore business opportunities.
• Project Planning: Develop business cases, solution options, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements, and execution approaches for EPM opportunities.
