• 3.  Develop detailed content outlines and design standards for learning solutions.
• 4.  Review training deliverables to ensure quality meets project parameters and industry standards.
• 5.  Coach instructional designers and content developers.
• 6.  Identify opportunities for innovative learning strategies.
• 7.  Provide clear and effective feedback to develop team skills.

Your Skills:

• •  Proficiency in instructional design and latest learning industry trends.
• •  Strong knowledge of industry standard design tools such as Articulate, Captivate, etc.
• •  Cross-cultural competence and excellent interpersonal skills.
