Principal Duties:
1. Collaborate with clients to solve complex
problems related to regulatory reforms and implementation in the capital
markets domain.
2. Define and manage organizational change
concerning processes, technology, and organizational structure.
3. Lead transformation projects to migrate
from legacy systems to target systems.
4. Assess current processes, recommend best
industry practices, and implement efficient processes to remove inefficiencies.
5. Support data governance and management to
optimize operations and drive business decision-making.
6. Contribute to the development of
collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates, and trends
tracking.
7. Incorporate Accenture best practices and methodologies into project management lifecycle.
