Requirements:

  • Certification: Certified in Salesforce across different Salesforce Clouds.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud implementation.
  • Multi-Cloud Implementation: Experience in Salesforce multi-cloud implementation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, and Real-Time Decisioning.
  • Consulting Experience: Good consulting experience, preferably in CRM management.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to drive results-oriented decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with proven ability to develop efficient processes.
  • Global Exposure: Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments or client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1.  Develop CRM strategy and interventions for customer acquisition and engagement.
  • 2.  Manage end-to-end Sales/Marketing program execution in Salesforce.
  • 3.  Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
  • 4.  Monitor trends and analyze data to optimize sales & marketing programs.
  • 5.  Identify process improvement opportunities and develop business cases.
  • 6.  Support CRM/Martech platform technology development.
