Requirements:

• End-to-end understanding of the provider value chain, preferably with expertise in Cerner EMR.
• Hands-on project delivery experience in technology/digital transformation programs.
• Strong skills in team management, scope management, and change management.
• Familiarity with lean concepts and agile practices.
• Experience with agile tools like JIRA Confluence/Rally/MS Projects/VersionOne.
• Project experience in EMR systems, clinical domain data models, system integration, EMR migration, health data interoperability, and clinical standards.
