Requirements:


Must Have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of process improvement experience in the FS or banking industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Solution/Service Sales.
  • Established partnerships and relationships with senior stakeholders in the FS industry.
  • Proven track record in strategy development and value proposition creation.
  • Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects/programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage the sales process from pursuit to close, leveraging deep expertise in sales processes and offerings.
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at both new and existing clients, ensuring business growth and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues and escalating critical matters internally.

Key Responsibilities:

Target suitable clients, build a robust pipeline, win profitable deals, and oversee sales activities to establish mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships.

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with senior stakeholders in the FS industry to drive business growth.


  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities, leading the sales cycle even in the absence of existing relationships.

  • Successfully close consulting and system integration deals of various scales, including multi-year application outsourcing contracts.

  • Lead system integration or implementation projects, understanding client problem statements and crafting tailored value propositions.


  • Provide solutions to complex business problems, influencing senior management both within Accenture and at client organizations.


  • Demonstrate leadership in decision-making, with lasting impacts on the assigned area and potentially beyond.
  • Originate new opportunities and ensure successful project delivery while fostering client trust.
