7 to 10 years of experience driving change management-related programs.
Experience in managing end-to-end change programs for technology-driven change, behavior change, culture change, or in the automation or cybersecurity context.
Techno-functional experience in successful cloud-based Systems implementations.
Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies.
Proficiency in interpreting data and utilizing advanced technologies and digital tools.
Effective stakeholder management skills in a multicultural and global environment.
Experience in Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations is a plus.

As a Change Management Manager/Senior Manager within our Talent & Organization practice, your responsibilities may include:

Understanding stakeholders’ challenges and expectations.
Developing Change Management strategies to support business transformation programs.
Utilizing social and digital technologies for effective change management and communication.
Assisting clients in enhancing their change capabilities and fostering agility within their businesses.
Collaborating on solutions, leading user review sessions, and facilitating stakeholder agreement meetings.
Conducting Change Management Impact Analyses and creating treatment plans.
Implementing strategies to facilitate the adoption of new business processes within organizations.
Supporting various Change adoption activities such as Change baselining & measurement, Digital training, Communications, and Change network initiatives.
Partnering with clients to drive digital transformation, culture change, behavior change, and change adoption.
Engaging in dynamic, international teamwork with English as the primary language.
Collaborating with industry experts to contribute to practice-building efforts, including recruiting, training, and community events.
