Job Description:

We are in search of a dynamic and adaptable Female Hybrid Personal Assistant to provide support to our Chairman in a multifaceted role. As a Female Hybrid Personal Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work both in-person and remotely, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Chairman's office.


Meeting Support: Attend meetings with the Chairman, assist with scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when required.

Remote Tasks: Work remotely on various tasks, including data entry, handling phone calls, follow-ups, and responding to inquiries on our company's social media pages.

Candidate Engagement: Engage with job seekers to guide them through profile completion on our platform. This includes adding professional pictures, uploading work samples, and addressing their inquiries.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including organizing files, managing emails, and coordinating appointments.

Travel: Be prepared for occasional trips within the Philippines as needed.


Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using office software and tools for data entry and administrative tasks.

Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, seamlessly switching between in-person and remote tasks.

Exceptional organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with job seekers and colleagues.

Willingness to travel within the Philippines occasionally.
