Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a remote/offshore staffing environment.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and online job platforms.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with clients.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage candidate profiles and documentation.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.


Job Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated and resourceful Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Officer specializing in offshore staffing, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding talented professionals for our clients' remote workforce needs. Your keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and understanding of various industries will contribute to the success of our offshore staffing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific events.

Identify, engage with, and attract highly qualified professionals suitable for remote work arrangements.

Candidate Evaluation:

Screen and assess candidate resumes and applications to match their skills and qualifications with client requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Client Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and preferences.

Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate the interview process, ensuring alignment between client expectations and candidate profiles.

Market Insights:

Stay updated on industry trends, remote work best practices, and global talent market dynamics.

Provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams on market conditions and competitive hiring landscapes.

Documentation and Coordination:

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the company's database.

Coordinate the logistics of candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.

Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline for future staffing requirements.

Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
