More Information:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, etc. - Experience with helpdesk or technical support roles. - Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
