- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in back-end development or a related field - Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and Node.js - Experience with web frameworks such as Spring, Flask, or Express.js - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
