More Information:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or application support
- Strong knowledge of desktop systems and software applications
- Experience with operating systems, such as Windows or macOS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
