Utilizing our platform's advanced tools: companies can effectively onboard their newly hired candidates by creating and adding team members and managing their projects and tasks, live camera feeds, live desk view, and more all within our software functions. This empowers companies with full control and the ability to monitor and manage all offshore staff movements. 2. Reliable and high-speed internet connection: Offshore staff will need access to a reliable and high-speed internet connection to perform their job duties effectively. 3. Secure network and computer systems: It's important to ensure that the computer systems used by onboarding staff are secure, with up-to-date antivirus software, firewalls, and other security measures in place to protect sensitive data. 4. Communication tools: Offshore staff will have access to communication tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, and other collaboration tools to stay in touch with team members and clients. 5. Workstation and furniture: A dedicated workstation with a comfortable chair and desk are provided for offshore staff to work comfortably and avoid physical strain or discomfort, and all available for Full-time offshore office staff. 6. Technical support: Dedicated technical support will be available to offshore staff in case they face any technical issues with their computer systems and other tools. 7. Health and safety: Appropriate health and safety measures will be taken to ensure the well-being of offshore staff, including ergonomic equipment, proper lighting, ventilation, and regular cleaning and disinfection. 8. Access to training and development: Offshore staff will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in their field. 9. Payroll & Management: provide more than just collecting time sheets, calculating employee pay with deductions, preparing pay stubs, processing payments, remitting taxes and deductions, maintaining records, providing reports, and resolving issues related to pay or deductions. We also offer you all the necessary tools to manage and control your team members using our software functions.
